DOCUMENTATION.
We have a well designed documentation system for preparation, revision and distribution to
Manufacturing, Q C, House Keeping, Sanitation and Safety procedures.
PRODUCTION.
All incoming materials are subjected to physical verification- quantitatively as well as qualitatively.
Reports are prepared for any damage or shortage and alerted Q C department and Purchase
departments. The material is then transferred to the sampling zone where the samples are taken
for analysis as per specification.
Approved materials are transferred to Approved Zone and the Rejected materials are transferred to
the Notified Rejection area. At every stage of the process, appropriate stating labels are affixed.
The Rejected materials, after completing the formalities are sent back to the supplier with
proper documentation.
QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM.
The Quality Control Department is headed by Quality Control in-charge, having appropriate
qualification and experience. Testing of Raw Material, Packing Material, in-process samples,
semi finished and finished products are carried out in the laboratory as per IP, BP, USP and
in-house specification.
All the incoming material are tested per specification, before releasing for production. If a material
does not qualify or meet the specification, then it is transferred to Notified Rejection area. After
completing the necessary formalities, it is send back to the supplier.
During the manufacturing, in-process Samples are drawn and analyzed per specification and
the results are reported to Production Department. If the product meet the specification, it is
released to the Stores for Distribution.
All batch samples of the finished products are preserved till six months after expiry of products,
with all necessary documentation.
DISTRIBUTION.
Finished goods are transferred to distribution store where each product is stored at its
recommended storage condition. As per the order of consignee, it is packed and transferred by
suitable means of consignee point.
